After our free promotional options comes the part where we work with you to promote your brands and events as your affiliates, where we charge a nominal $97 setup fee, and then we build ads with you to run on each of our media and at some of our events to promote your offers. Whenever anyone buys your offers through our links we then earn a commission, so you don’t have to pay for the creative, the ad spots, the on-air mentions, or the social media mentions that drive traffic to our affiliate link and ultimately to your store or events.
Our next tier up includes our Joint Venture Tier where we work together to build events, new product combinations, new offers, new shows, new podcasts, or joint offers and we both work together to generate sales that we then share together somehow. As each JV deal is going to be different, this area is obviously going to be short on specifics, but to be clear, we’re not forcing anyone to work with us, the only way these deals work is if everyone feels the deal is a good one for all involved.
We also do a lot of trading or bartering with other partners where we may exchange ad spots, event space, event speaking opportunities, contests, or upgraded listings with partners in exchange for something else we need; maybe extending a book offer to your clients, booth space at one of your events, exclusive provider of one of our products at one of your outlets, travel benefits, concert or movie tickets, or something we might use in a give away. Who knows? The field is wide open and we’re definitely open to suggestions.
